I wanted to share this easy scalloped lace nail tutorial with you~
I wore on this nail art on valentines day! All you need is a dotting pen with large dot and a small dot and nail polishes in desired shades. I love scalloped laces so elegant and pretty, I ended up using Zoya in Lara and Julep in Mindy. For smudge proof finish try to using opaque shade on the lace or it'll need heavy coat to over the lower layers causing it to take really long time to dry, mindy was semi opaque so I had to apply heavy D;
I would say the hardest part is trying to get the smaller dots at the end to be even and consistent, you can always leave that part out its really cute with just a scalloped tips lol ^^;;

ReplyDeleteI want to try this.. but I stopped using nail polishes few years ago when I started making uvgel nails :/ The gels are not pigmented enough to do something like that lace pattern :c Bleh~ I guess I have to find another victim than my own nails for trying it out! ;D

Super cute! Your nails are such a nice oval shape.. I can't seem to grow my nails long because they are so thin and brittle. Guess it's the pains of never having long nails from playing music growing up! The zoya polish is a super sexy pink!
