Hello~ :3 things Ive been doing lately

Hello beauties!♥
Thank you for all the sweet and personal comments!
I was really happy to read all your wonderful and cheerful messages! its SO nice to know that I have wonderful girls like you behind my back and caring about me, I am so thankful for everything ^__^ I felt so good to know that it was ok to share and be real with you guys I know life can be so hard at times and there are always a rainbow at the end of it all and so lets try to reach that happiness!♥

more about me for today:
I know having family and friends are VERY important for your support system, I never had that when I was growing up. I grew up all my life with a single parent my mother and a older brother, moved to America when I was in 3rd grade to America *Florida to be exact* so all my family and friends were in Japan. Had to start from one again with the whole language barrier and building friendship all over, most challenging thing was trying to communicate with not understanding a single word trying desperately to make friends so I know the value of friendship. So please value your friends and meeting new people with open arms :)
so having said growing up with a single parent is extremely difficult I never had anything when I was growing up we struggle alot to meet ends need so everything I have had to earn it myself nothing was hardly given to me so that was the main thing that made me achieve more and better myself so never judge persons's worth with materialistic items, life is about happiness within and see if you can make a difference in this world that would be a plus :3
as you know I still struggle from coming from nothing it did do alot of mental and emotional damage to me but I learn a very good lesson of value and appreciation for everything that is around me! Lets smile and be happy together♥

what Ive been up to? well trying to be happy and not be too sick hehe :3
and trying to get my store a new feel for ekiLove.com so getting alot of products ready for the re grand opening! here is a peak at my new logo for the store~ as you may know I make items that are Hime inspired which is Princess in japanese so I thought crown was appropriate for the theme :)
For the Re-opening celebration I am having a giveaway but its for past ekiLove customers and anyone that owns any piece by me ♥ so please if you own a piece by me please enter by leaving me a comment in my testimonial section! Will announce about more info soon :)

  5. EKIMURA-CHAN Kawaiiiii~~~~ I love the last 2 photos of you - it's so natural and shows a different side of you in a good way!!!

You know, I was born in france and when I was 8 we moved to the U.S. it was definitely hard to start over without knowing the language. So I totally feel you on that. I cried the first day of school and I didn't want my parents to leave me on my own with strangers. I cried the WHOLE day! But the school found someone who spoke french and let me hang out with her the rest of the day. So I was definitely fortunate. My mom said I learned English in a week just by watching tv for a whole week. I am so glad that you came out with such a positive view in life even when you didn't have the most positive wonderful perfect childhood. I wish more ppl were like you Eki. It takes such a big heart to learn from things like this. ^_^ *hugs*
I love your logo and YOU SO SHOULD GET THE BAMBOO!! My husband's got the wacom intuos and LOVES it! I have a friend who has the bamboo and just LOVES LOVES it!!! she does digital scrapbooking and photo editing with it. I don't think she does actual graphic designs with it.
Anywho's - best wishes with the store!!! many hugs being sent your way!!! *huggles* jya matta!

also, kinda last minute but i just found out more about this event that's happening next saturday, oct 10th....it's a hmong fashion show happening in downtown minneapolis. if you're available, you should come with me and some family/friends to it. we'll make a girls night out of it. let me know.

  7. I keep thinking that all the struggle in life must lead somewhere you know? Can't be for nothing... So I'm hoping the more you suffer early on, the better your life will be later on... The universe is suppose to balance itself out right?
    I don't know, we'll see I guess :P
I'm not good at being optimistic or encouraging, but I do think that you are very talented and will probably go far in life.
Just don't forget us little people when you make it as a famous makeup artist! :D

  12. HI Eki! Thanks for sharing your personal story with us. I always find it really helpful to write down my feelings when I'm feeling down. It must have been really tough for you to come here at such a young age and having to start over again, and learn everything that's new to you, and I can't imagine how tough it must be growing up with a single parent :( Yet look at where you are now! You've grown up so beautiful and so accomplished, and you've got tons of friends here who care about you and what you do, and are willing to listen to you if needed :)

I can't wait for my Sasa order to come too! I hope those masks are good, I can't wait to try them!!! :) I am so curious about the lower lashes, please show us how it works once you get it :)

Those are some SUPER kawaii fabric patterns! I love them alllll!!! Can't wait to see your creations :)
