Deco&Deco magazine scan July 2010 issue

Hi Ladies♥
Long time~ Im sorry for not posting in few days I just had lots to do and took some r&r *which I really needed to do* from stressful life so I dont go too crazy lol well hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend also! This is a small post for now but will make a regular posts soon,, made some nice handmade stuff over the weekend so will make a post about that♥ :3

ok here is a July 2010 issue of Deco&Deco featuring Nakagawa Shoko aka Shokotan~

Im thinking about deco-ing my point and shoot so I wanted to get a better idea of what I wanted to do with its haha so this magazine are always loaded with tips and idea when it comes with DECO!♥

Alittle background in DECO:
Japan is a meccha for kawaii/cute things so naturally girls like cute and girly things so "DECO"ing started off late 90's in Japan by gyaru culture with Deco-den デコデンwhich translates to deco = decoration or decorating den = denwa translation: phone using mostly swarovski crystal to bling the phones and then it boomed into Deco-ing just about anything from nails to Pockey lol so that evolved into sweets deco where you have anything that are desserts turned into decoration. I think they are really kawaii and you really need dedication and patience to do this so most girls who DECO-ed their items usually take good care of their deco-ed items so I think its a good thing to do so you can take a good care of your accessories and its really kawaii to look at :)

well if you are into Decoden hopefully you get an ideas too :D I am looking for perfect materials to deco my camera right now hehe ♥

Great Deco-den video tutorial sorry its in Japanese but she is really good with the step by step direction :)

  17. Eki thank you for your hard work in providing us these mag scans everytime! :)

I'm soo clumsy that I'm afraid if I bling anything out of mine, it'll break or fall off, and be a waste for me! LOL! Even my littled blinged out butterfly clips from long time ago are missing gems, cuz I always dropped them!

But I love all the blingy skull charms! LOL!
