I made a Video of how I apply this BB cream :)

Ok so this Oriental Gold BB cream comes with its own cheek and lip cream tint that I adore and I didnt think I would like it since I avoid applying cream type on my cheek since my past experiences of using one it made me break out but this feels just like the BB Cream and it doesnt feel greasy and goes on really natural and light with I am really digging :)

The pump is kinda weird and sorta hard to use and it seems to flow out so you only need to press alittle or else you get too much product,, and you dont need alot to cover your whole face with this BB cream,, I only use about alittle bit more than what you see above~ little goes a long way
:D

Break Down on this BB cream:

The consistency are like thick gel and feels like lotion on the skin and not oily,, Covers really really well and goes on the skin really dewy and does not feel heavy on the skin, I think this will be prefect for someone that have dry skin, but I have oily/sensitive skin and it feels good on me,, I dont mind the dewy look I like that effect I think it makes your skin look really healthy and smooth but in the end of the day I do feel bit oily so it wears the best if you use loose powder to prolong the BB cream and hold down the dewy look. I think the shade of this BB cream with be perfect for someone that are in the shade of NC20-25, I do feel that the color calms down after a while and it doesnt look that light after oxidation.

One thing I am in Love with this is that it have not made my skin breakout even when I have been wearing this in HOT/Humid weather~ :D matter fact I think it is really helping my skin improve in texture,, I cant come to that conclusion yet since its only been about 3 week since I started to use this BB cream but I have been in love with this BB cream within 3 days of using it~ I know when a item doesnt suit my skin with in 3-4 time of usage and so the more I use it the more I like it♥

At first when I opened the cream tint I thought "wow that is really Bright!" but when you blend into the skin it goes on like flushed baby pink and looks super natural~♥ very creamy and smooth just like the BB cream and its a decent size too so seems like it will be good for many usage~ you can build this cream to light for natural and heavy for baby pink cheek :)

Ohh I forgot to put this on my lips in the vid but its goes on like creamy lip stick! The shade looks like a dupe for MAC's Lady Gaga lip stick!♥ ^__^

 Sorry for the blurry photos of Before & After....=__=;;

As you can see this BB cream goes on very NATURAL and covers almost all my flaws *darkness around my eyes, redness around my nose, even out my skin, sun spots* but I feel like its doesnt fully cover my dark circles so I still wear concealer over the BB cream since my dark circle can see be seen in person if its just the BB cream and so I like to have the dark circles completely covered since if they are covered completely it makes me look awake and not tired like how I always looks like.... :B

Overall:

I ADORE this BB Cream its better than the skin79's hot pink BB cream~ I feel like this covers really well, makes my skin really fresh and dewy looking which makes my skin looks HEALTHY and natural without that weird gray white overcast like how some other BB cream finishes♥ I love how it feels like I have nothing on and best of all it does not make me break out~

The Cream tint are a lovely bonus to this BB cream, it is great for on the go and creates natural glowy flushed cheeks that makes my skin look even more natural and goes on the lips really smooth and a great way to add nice pink tint to your lip♥

10/10
I cant think of any negative about this BB cream,, I guess only downside for some people is that the shade since it seems to only come in this one shade, and it may be too dewy for some people so I do highly recommend to someone with drier skin,, if you dont like your BB cream to finish dewy then it may not be for you but my oily skin is really happy with this product♥

with flash:
you can really see how dewy this bb cream looks in person

ok I think that was it~ I hope I described it well enough so you got a nice idea of this BB cream :)
always the photo are originals/as is so just added watermarks,,  so it really do look like this when applied and always this was my 100% honest opinion♥

next up:

Matcha green tea latte tutorial~ yummm :D
FaceQ mask review *sorry its so belated*

Always thank you so much for stopping by♥

  1. OOOOOOH Thank you so much for posting the ingredients!! It's always soooo hard for me to find ingredients of Asian skincare/makeup products, and so I'm always afraid to buy b/c I'm allergic to some of the chemical sunscreens. Looks like this one is safe for me, but probably too light for now. Might try it in wintertime if I lighten up enough lol. Thanks for the review Eki!! :D

  3. hi i am trying to figure out what kind of bb cream i can use, i have dry/combination skin but i prefer a cream that would improve my skin and i dont really want one that is more towards whitening, i was just wondering if you could recommend me something or tell me which one you've used that you think is the best. thanks

  4. This is great review! I'm interested in trying some BB Cream but I have yet to try a single one. I'm afraid it will make me too light since I'm more tan in summer. I like the dewy finish on you! It makes your skin look really healthy.

I am always wondering how you make your circular watermarks too. I like them so much but I've tried finding a tool all over the place in Photoshop and still can't locate it hahaha. Also, do you take photos in a lightbox? I love the pretty white backgrounds and bright images always : )

  5. The BB cream looks beautiful on you. I have this particular BB cream too and love it. The tint doesn't suit me as well as it does you though.

  7. wow that really is great coverage! but yea, dewy stuff makes me look really oily =(

  8. You already have pretty flawless skin bb, but I can still tell the difference this BB cream makes!
Definitely wanna try this one since my skin has all the 'symptoms' of the skin type this one is made for & I love how it has it's own cheek & lip tint too!
    Thanks for this review ♥

  10. WOW! I just bought the hot pink BB cream (my first one~) and I thought that was working pretty well. But now that you said this is better....Ooh, I really want to try it now! XD Looks so nice on you! And your skin is so now to begin with!

It looks really good on you! BB cream sounds interesting and I want to try it someday =] I've been using the hair velcro from you everyday when I wear makeup! Just this morning, my bf said I looked like Hello Kitty when I had the bow velcro in my hair~! lol! Thank you for the gifties in my package =D I'm so happy that usps didn't let me down this time ;). 16. Eki - GORGEOUS!!! I have dry skin and the place I bought BB cream from recommended me a BB cream with a dewy finish. At first I really liked it, but then after a month of use, I started looking oily! :[
The cream blush and lip tint on this are very pretty though.

  17. so amazing :O it doesn't leave any "grey-ness" does it?? I feel my missha M perfect cover does, even though it has good coverage, I cant help feel my skin looks dull from the greyness :( really want to try this! thanks for sharing =] x

  20. hi eki i got a question for u..my skin is generally the dry/combination type except for the T-zone so usually after wearing BB cream for a couple hours my T-zone part starts looking oily whereas the other parts of face still look fine so do u think this BB cream is a choice for me? And i recently bought the dolly wink bottom lashes, but for some reason i found the little glue that comes with the product isnt sticky enough to be glued underneath my waterline, like its not even tacky at all..is the glue that comes with ur dolly wink lashes like that also?? Thanks alot! I really appreciate for taking ur time to read this comment and answer my quesiton~

    ReplyDelete
  21. great review! i really wanna try this now...except bb creams are always way too light for me :( that blush and lip tint looks pretty nice too!

    ReplyDelete
  22. thank you for reading it<3 yeah most BB creams are light,,, :( if I still lived in FL and had a tan I think it would look like I have a mask on :P the tint are really nice bounus to this bb cream for sure :D

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hi! I do think that this BB cream will be perfect for someone with your skin type since its really moisturizing and leave a dewy finish and I have really oily t-zone also so usually apply alittle bit of powder to tone them down if needed from getting too oily :) for the lashes I havent used the glue that it came with since I have their Dolly Wink lash glue and Im sure its the same glue that it comes with but I havent had any issue with them not sticking,, maybe the glue that came with it settled in and needs to be mixed?? Im not sure,,, :(

    ReplyDelete
  24. *blushes* thank you!! I think this products is what gives me the illusion of looking pretty lol.. but really this is a great BB cream would highly recommend if you want a dewy finish BB cream<3 Thank you for tagging me!!!<3

    ReplyDelete
  25. No grey-ness at all! I know what you are saying about that tone that alot of BB cream leaves XP I was really surprised that it didnt go on like that! if you watch my vid of me applying them you can see that it goes on beige-ish tone and not grey~<3

    ReplyDelete
  26. HI Hun! well what I can say from using this but I dont have dry skin so I cant be for sure certain but I think it will be perfect for Dry skin since it goes on really moisturizing and dewy but it doesnt feel greasy or oily on the face,, at first ever time I wore this I was shocked at how dewy this finishes and didnt really care for that since I already have oily skin but its a different kind of dewy than looking oily,, it looks like a healthy glow rather than just a grease ball,, and after wearing them your skin do seem to get dewy-er but it dodnt make me look like a greasy mess on my already oily skin,, I am really surprised that I like this bb cream this much because with other BB cream I have tired I hoped that it worked out and that i would love it but most failed to please me or made me break out so with that I am confident that it would be really nice for someone with dry/combination skin type<3 and cream tint are really pretty and goes on really natural and it doesnt make your cheek feel greasy either<3 hope this helps alittl :D

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thank you for reading it<3 hope it works out well with your skin too :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hi HUn<3<3 you always leave me sweet comment what you talking about LOL what happened to kitty??? is everything ok??? hope so :( oh you havent used a BB cream before???? you have oily skin too right?? and if you dont mind that it finishes dewy looking you would love this or you can also just finish it would a powder hehe<3 happy you like the bow velcro<3 its so nice tool to have for sure hehe glad usps delivered they better!! well I miss talking to you and hope your school isnt stressing you too much Hun<3 miss ya

    ReplyDelete
  29. aww thank you for the super sweet comment!! it means alot since I try my best to review a product well so that you can get a good ideal of them and it can be alot of work LOL so that means alot< and make it all worth it to blog<3

Oh yeah Lioele pink BB cream was my first ever bb cream I have used and I like it at first but made me break out and didnt match my skin tone too well but this one I can say that I truly love it<3 love the fact that makes my skin looks healthy and leaves my skin feeling healthy and not like a product that feels like its uncomfortable wearing it you know that feeling you get when you wear a product that feels gross after a while?? well I do not get that at all with this<3 Great quality for sure ^__^ lol nice to see that you are matcha addict too! I am cheap with drinking my maxium and all the other packets Matcha milk since I dont want to ever run out so savor them and only try to drink them when I really want them but with this tutorial I think everyone can enjoy them whenever they want<3

  30. your welcome! Hope this BB cream works out for you!<3

    ReplyDelete
  31. your welcome! ohh I know what you mean there are so many different BB cream so I was lost at finding the right BB cream for me,, X3 if you want your bb cream to have a dewy healthy glow finish I would highly recommend it! ^__^

    ReplyDelete
  32. I do like the hot pink one too but I think this one is better to me but both are great bb creams<3 Thank you so much but all the skin product I use at the moment have really helped my skin improve :D

    ReplyDelete
  33. I think BB creams are really popular in asia so alot of places sells them including Taiwan and I would trust a seller that is from Taiwan more than a seller from china lol XD

    ReplyDelete
  34. aww thank you but if you see my HG skin product that is what really helped my skin to clear up and more even :) I highly recommend dermalogica<3 I am using their toner with the microfoliant and I love how it gives me a healthy glow! but this BB cream really makes my skin look flawless and healthy! if you skin matches the symptoms I would highly recommend since I am in love with this bb cream at the moment ^__^

    ReplyDelete
  35. aww dewy can look oily >_< but yes coverage is great! :D

    ReplyDelete
  36. your welcome! thanks for reading it!

    ReplyDelete
  37. thank you<3 was the color too light or dark? I used to be really dark when I lived in FL so this wouldnt have matched me then but I am so fair now about NC20 so its perfect for me at the moment if I dont get sun haha :P

    ReplyDelete
  38. your welcome! yeah most BB creams are on the light side and would be perfect for winter haha :3 but yes gives really nice healthy glow that I love<3~ the circular watermark that I made are with warp text tool in PS :) and yes I take all the product photos in homemade lightbox~ thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hello~ I think most BB cream contain whitening ingredient arbutin, but Im not sure how much of the concentrate are in BB creams so Im not sure if it really whiten your skin too much but it does have alot of ingredients that will improve your complexion so I think its a plus to wear a bb cream than just a regular foundation,, :D I am not a BB cream expert since I have only used 4 types of BB cream but I can say that for me this one is the best one out of all I have tried so far cause I love how if finishes and it have not made me breakout or had any negative side effects from it,, but I think it would be great for your skin type :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. thank you for watching the vid!

  49. Hi Eki! I bought this BB Cream after I saw your review and I can't wait to try it out! I'm just worried it might be too dark for my skin tone, as I'm more NC15-NC20! I tried Lioele (Pink) BB Cream but it was really dark for me.

  50. hello eki!

your skin looks great! And thanks to your great blog i'm into BB creams but havent tried this one yet!
Your makeup always looks so perfect, but i guess thats why your a professional makeup artist! ^_^

Also as i read back through your blog, i realised your name sounded so familar!
Then when i saw your oekaki's i remembered! I was/am such a fan of your drawings, and use to frequent/draw on many of those boards too back in the day.

    Small world eh?

Now i illustrate in my own style. Good to see your still drawing and are just as pretty as the girls you draw too.

Thanks for all your great reviews and make up tips, to help us non-professionals out there. ;D

  51. Hi Eki,

First of all I really love your blog!

But I just read the ingredients on your bb cream. And you do know its filled with peptides and parabens, right??

Since you like taking good care of yourself I thought I'd be kind and tell you (just so you are aware) that parabens (which are in the cream) gives allergies and fuck up your hormones, in children parabens can actually make you infertile as a grown up, do you want this on your face?

Also in wrinkle creams the "active ingredient" (and expensive ingredient) is the peptides, which also are in botox. But they are just break-down products of proteins, they have to be stabilized or they continue to break down. Like in a cream, they become useless. It will never penetrate the skin and will eventually be washed off, without any benefit.

Im not trying to criticize but I would wan't someone to tell me if I didn't know.

    Love

    The follower from Denmark :)

  52. hi Ida,

Thank you for reading my blog :)

I understand your concern about Parabens I know all about this artificial preservatives that are used in most beauty and house hold items to preservatives and to protect them against microbial growth I did in fact learn about them in makeup artistry school since most of the makeups and beauty products contain parabens. I know some studies have concluded that parabens can mimic the estrogen which in some case it was found in breast tumor tissue,, about 60-70% of the beauty products contain some form of parabens its because most major cosmetic industry uses parabens still since studies have not scientifically linked parabens to cause harm and that there has been no evidence proving that Parabens cause breast tumors so the FDA still allows this chemical to be used and most cosmetic and beauty items only contain a low dosages of less than 0.01-.03% of parabens. Its really hard to get away with completely using items that doesnt contain a some form of parabens since major company will not stop using them and I do wish companies will start using alternatives but until FDA bans this it will not change or go away,, its very sad.

also there are different forms of peptides and some will stimulate the growth of loss collagen and so now days alot of the companies have started to use some form of hydrolyzed collagen since they are more effective and higher concentration of amino-acids, far more powerful than peptides. :D

I will take my time to make a post about concerns with what is in your cosmetic/beauty products so that I can inform my readers about what some ingredients mean, so thank you for pointing some of the things and I am sorry that I didnt point it out since I should be more informant next time. ^__^

  72. Hi! First of all, I absolutely love your blog! It's extremely helpful especially for people like me who don't have a full grasp of the art of make-up. :)

Anyway, I've been thinking of getting this BB cream but I'm worried that it might not work for me. I have combination skin but I don't have any extreme oil patches although I can get really sweaty. Would this bee good for me? Also, what loose powder do you recommend I use to set the cream.

    Thanks and more power!

    ReplyDelete
  73. my skin is quite dark. would this bb cream be suitable for my skin tone? i'm afraid i might look too ghostly. =p

    ReplyDelete
  78. Do you think this would be okay on acne-prone skin?

    ReplyDelete
  79. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for slightly darker skin.  I have the BB cream that's in a black tube.. I forgot the name it may have been Dr. Jart (I've moved and can't find anything anymore).  It looked okay but in pictures I looked like a ghost.  Is there anything a little darker?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hi, I'm an NC30 in Mac with oily/combination skin.. What BB cream product would you suggest? Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  81. For darker skin-tones just simply mix it with your shade of foundation. 2/3- BB Cream, 1/3 Foundation.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Hi just wanna ask where did u buy the pink sweater your wearing in the picture with the cat?been looking for a pink sweater like that :)
